Development Outsourcing and Consulting
Since our establishment, consulting has been a cornerstone of our business. In 2001, we formed a consortium for X-ray lithography technology, creating an environment to utilize 300mm test wafers with fine patterns. Since then, we have continued to engage in consulting services, including the development of GaN MOCVD equipment, geothermal power generation, and various other consultancy projects.
