Our representative, Furumura, gave a lecture.

At the 6th research meeting on silicon for power devices and related semiconductor materials held at the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, our representative, Furumura, gave a lecture titled "Manufacturing Techniques Discovered and Learned in Silicon Epitaxial Growth." He explained the history of the technology developed for growing SiC on（111）oriented Si substrates.
