There is ’special theory of relativity’.
The theory states that the velocity of light is observed at the same value in inertial systems (truth).
This theory was presented by Albert Einstein. I thought that such a theory could also be described in the form of truth and expressions.
The expressions arrive at a well known presentation of the relativity of time.
As the first step, let us divide the truth statement into three elements (1) through (3), supplemented with specific sentences.
Then , truth has a form of Expression 1.

Figure1-4 shows a rewritten version based on this example, with symbols, etc. applied.
